This product is ready to eat, but may also be eaten hot. Microwave from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before heating. Before heating: Remove all packaging. Place on a microwaveable plate. During heating: Microwave on full power for 1 min 30 secs (800W) or 2 mins (900W). After heating: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
