Microwave from chilled but can also be cooked in the oven. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. During cooking: Peel back film, stir halfway through cooking time and re-cover. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
