This is a raw product and must be fully cooked before eating. Ensure good kitchen hygiene and hand washing when handling raw flour and raw flour products.

You will need:
1 medium egg, 20g milk-free spread*, baking tray.
*If preferred, you can instead use 50g softened unsalted butter (contains milk).
1. Preheat oven to 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4.
2. Roughly chop the cocoa buttons.
3. Empty the mix into a large bowl, add the cocoa buttons and other ingredients. Mix together to form a soft dough.
4. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to rest.
5. Divide into 6 pieces and roll into balls. Place on a greased baking tray, 5cm apart, and flatten very slightly.
6. Bake for 16-18 minutes, then leave to cool on a wire rack.
