Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To Shallow Fry from Chilled: Before cooking :Preheat a dry frying pan (no oil) over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place chorizo in the pan. During cooking: Cook for 8-9 minutes, turning frequently during cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
