A blend of brown and white crab meat, soft cheese and crème fraîche
A perfect blend of Orkney crab meats. This pate combines the distinctive flavour of brown crab meat with the sweet and delicate flavour of white crab meat together with soft cheese, crème fraîche and a little lemon juice. Simply serve on toasted sourdough or alternatively, with a chopped boiled egg for a classic combination.
