Cooking instructions: Oven
BEFORE COOKING: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/200°C Fan /Gas mark 7. Empty the contents of the bag into a large mixing bowl, add 100ml of lukewarm water and mix with a fork to form a smooth dough. DURING COOKING: Knead well on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic, roll out to form an 8" circle. Leave the dough in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise and double in size. Add your topping and bake in the middle of the oven for 17-19 minutes or until golden brown. AFTER COOKING: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only.
