Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place belly slices on a grill pan. During cooking: Cook on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Remove from the grill, glaze the belly slices with sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer to 160°C for 2 minutes. Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side. Place the belly slices in air fryer tray spread in one even layer. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. During cooking: Cook for 16 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Drizzle the sauce over the belly slices and cook for a further 2 minutes. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be grilled or air fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place the belly slices onto a lined baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 40 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Carefully remove from the oven and glaze the belly slices with sauce and cook for a further 10 mins.
