Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Preheat frying pan with a tablespoon of oil over a high heat. During cooking: Pan fry medallions for 2 mins on either side. Reduce heat to medium. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for a further 5 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.

This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.
