Air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat air fryer to 160°C for 2 minutes. Remove all packaging including foil tray and place the sachet and stuffing balls to one side. Place pork loin in air fryer basket and cook for 35 minutes. Add stuffing balls and pour the gravy into the basket and cook for a further 15 minutes. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and film. Pour gravy sachet into base of foil tray and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 50 minutes then carefully remove the foil, stir and cook for a further 20 minutes uncovered. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
