Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove product from box and place the glaze sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch and place into a microwaveable dish. During cooking: Cook for the indicated time less 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave and discard any cooking juices. Open sachet of glaze and pour over gammon shanks. Return to the microwave followed by the final minute of cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove product from box and place the glaze sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch, place into an ovenable tray, discard any cooking juices and loosely cover with foil. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard foil. Open sachet of glaze and pour over gammon shanks. Return to oven and cook for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
