Cooking instructions: Oven
Pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Heat frying pan over a moderate heat. Place the contents of the pouch into the pan and cook for 6 minutes turning meat regularly. During cooking: Add sachet of sauce to pan and stir through for 4 minutes. After cooking: Transfer onto a warm plate to serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Pan fry Moderate heat 10 minutes
