Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove chicken from packaging and set the butter pot to one side. Place chicken on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 18 minutes from chilled or 28 minutes from frozen. Place the sealed pot of butter in a bowl of warm water for approximately 3 minutes from chilled or 5 minutes from frozen. Open the pot, mix the butter and spread evenly over the two schnitzels. Cook for a further 2 minutes and until the butter is melted. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. To serve spoon any melted butter on the baking tray over the chicken. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
