Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: After 20 minutes, remove film and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5 30 mins
