History: Between the most arid desert and the end of the world, our vineyards lie at the heart of latitude 35° South. Bathed in a golden glow, this perfect location has enabled us to passionately craft sustainable wines for over 150 years.
Regional information: Chile is a land of contrasts, where the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean create perfect natural conditions for winemaking. Its diverse climate and soils give rise to wines that are vibrant, balanced, and expressive of their unique origin.
Vinification: After harvest, grapes underwent 24h maceration to extract color and aromas, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts for 7-10 days below 28°C, with 2-3 daily pump-overs to enhance fruit and color. After fermentation, the wine was racked and aged in oak with varied toasts, resulting in an intensely fruity, well-structured wine
