Animal Welfare Our beef is sourced from British farmers that rear and take care of their livestock to the Red Tractor Assured Standard as a minimum. In spring and summer the beef cattle live outside fed on natural grass and enjoying the sunshine, In winter they live inside well ventilated barns, fed on nutritious grass mix diet which was grown in summer then specially wrapped to feed in winter plus a special treat of crushed barley grain. The cattle have the comfort of laying on deep straw bedding.

Cooking instructions: Grill
Griddle or grill, over a medium heat, turning regularly to ensure that the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot through to the centre. The centre of the product must be heated to at least 70°C for 2 minutes.

This product is suitable for freezing, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within use by date. Once frozen use with 3 months, defrost thoroughly and use same day. Do not refreeze
