Steamed Parboiled Wholegrain Basmati Rice (98%), Sunflower Oil, Acidity Regulator: Glucono Delta Lactone

Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Microwave

Pierce film several times. Heat on full (800-W) for 1 min a pot or 2 mins for 2 pots. Microwave ovens vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. Peel back film, fluff in the tray & check the product is hot before serving.

Cooking instructions: Stir Fry

Alternatively stir-fry for 2 minutes in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
