Start Your Japanese Adventure To make sushi seasoning, cook 250g sushi rice and simply mix the seasoning into cooled rice: - 3 tbsp of Rice Vinegar - 2 tbsp of sugar* - 1 tsp of salt* *Use 1 1/2 tbsp sugar and 3/4 tsp salt for a lighter taste.

Great addition to any dishBought this to go in our asian dishes like stirfrys and chinese dishes. We started making duck pancakes and this goes great to add a bit of flavour to the duck. It’s good to add a bit of zing to a dish. Would recommend trying it! It’s a good price point as well and lasts a long time as you don’t need much
