Cooking instructions: Hob
Hob. Before cooking: Place 40g of oats in a saucepan. Add 200ml of cold milk, water or a mixture of both. During cooking: Bring to the boil and simmer, stirring continuously. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To cook on the hob Moderate heat 3-4 mins
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave but can also be cooked on the hob. Before cooking: Place 40g of oats in a large microwaveable bowl. Add 200ml of cold milk, water or a mixture of both. Do not cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary.
