INGREDIENTS: British Pork Ribs (84%), BBQ Sauce (14%) (Sugar, Water, Tomato Paste, Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Cornflour, Colour: Plain Caramel; Salt, Smoked Water, Garlic Powder, Cloves, Black Pepper, Oregano, Cumin, Chilli Powder), Demerara Sugar, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Cornflour, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Smoked Salt, Salt, Acid: Citric Acid; Black Pepper.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side. Remove ribs from pouch, cut into 4 pieces and place into a microwaveable dish. During cooking: Cook for the indicated time less 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave, discard cooking juices. Open sachet of sauce and pour over the ribs. Return to the microwave followed by the final minute of cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch and place into an ovenable tray. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard cooking juices. Open sachet of sauce and pour over ribs. Return to oven for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
