INGREDIENTS: British Pork (82%), BBQ Sauce (16%) (Sugar, Water, Tomato Paste, Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Cornflour, Colour: Plain Caramel; Salt, Smoked Water, Garlic Powder, Cloves, Black Pepper, Oregano, Cumin, Chilli Powder), Demerara Sugar, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Cornflour, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract, Smoked Salt, Salt, Acid: Citric Acid; Black Pepper.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove product from box and place the glaze sachet to one side. Remove meat from pouch into a microwaveable bowl with cover. During cooking: Cook for the indicated time less 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave and discard any cooking juices. With 2 forks pull the meat apart to shred. Open sachet of glaze, pour over pork and mix glaze through. Return to the microwave uncovered followed by the final minute of cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 2 mins. Do not reheat. Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove product from box and place the glaze sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch, place into an ovenable tray and loosely cover with foil. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven, discard foil and any cooking juices. With 2 forks pull the meat apart to shred. Open sachet of glaze, pour over pork and mix glaze through. Return to oven and cook for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
