Microwave from chilled. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Pierce top of the pouch several times and place onto a microwaveable dish. Heat on full power for 4 1/2 mins 700W / 4 mins 800W / 3 1/2 mins 900W then remove from the microwave and shake gently then heat for a further 4 1/2 mins 700W / 4 mins 800W / 3 1/2 mins 900W. During cooking: Stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing product from the pouch. Add the contents of the pouch and sauce sachet to a microwaveable bowl and stir well. Cover with cling film and heat on full power for a further 2 mins 700W / 1 1/2 mins 800W and 900W. After cooking: Allow to stand for a minute before removing from the microwave. Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the microwave. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Place beef into an ovenproof dish and cover loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking: Remove from oven and add sachet of sauce to cooking juices around beef and stir gently. Return to oven and cook for further 5 minutes. After cooking: Remove from the oven.
