INGREDIENTS: British Pork Ribs (84%), Hot & Spicy Firecracker Glaze (14%) (Sugar, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Cornflour, Red Bell Pepper, Salt, Ginger Purée, Chipotle Chilli, Chilli Purée, Chilli Powder, Garlic Purée), Dextrose, Dried Red Bell Peppers, Chilli Powder, Cornflour, Cumin, Tomato Powder, Dehydrated Garlic, Ginger, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Colour: Paprika Extract; Concentrated Lime Juice.
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Remove ribs from pouch and leave sauce sachet to one side. Cut the ribs into 4 pieces and place into microwaveable dish. During cooking: Cook for the indicated time less 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave, discard cooking juices and then pour the sauce over the ribs followed by the final minute of cooking. After cooking: Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. 750W 7 mins 900W 6 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side. Remove product from pouch and place into an ovenable tray. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard cooking juices. Open sachet of sauce and pour over ribs. Return to oven for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
