A full bodied and generous wine from the heart of the barossa. Ink by name and ink by nature, this wine is sure to leave an impression on all. This wine is inky purple in colour with a blackberry nose. The palate is opulent and full of jammy dark fruits complemented by good balance and fine tannins.
At Grant Burge, we continually look for ways to do things differently. We challenged ourselves to re-think how wine is traditionally made in an effort to come up with the most vibrant impactful wines possible. The result was Ink by Grant Burge.
South Australia has a climate well-suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugar to develop.
