My gluten free journey began in 1978 when I discovered how difficult it was to find suitable grains and foods for a gluten free diet. Today, I continue to be inspired by finding the best natural alternatives to help make gluten free living delicious. A bowl of porridge is such a great way to start the day and these organic, naturally gluten free oats grown in the UK are so tasty.
