Preheat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place falafels under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.

Cooking instructions: Oven cook

Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place falafels onto an oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C. If food is thawed do not refreeze.

DisgraceIt's a disgrace to even call these falafels. They have no flavour whatsoever. I bought these looking for a cheaper alternative to M&S's Fresh Herb Falafels, but I now firmly believe you get what you pay for. Destined for the bin.

The gold standard for me!These are superb! I always compare other Falafels to these and they usually fall short for both nutrition and flavour in my opinion. They make a great quick dinner. 10min in the airfryer, add some pitta breads near the end, then fill the pitta with these, SO houmous and any salad / peppers / onions I have in the fridge. Yummy and super healthy.

Tasty, with real ingredientsI keep these for a healthy standby. All the ingredients are real food that I would have in my own kitchen and no weird flavourings or gums. I wonder if that might make them seem dry to some people, although I don't think they are. Being frozen, I can just take a few out when I want them I'm really pleased I found this product.

Tasty!!Unexpectedly nice.Ate on their own with dips-delicious! Actually really liked the texture.Bit dry following day but will put in pittas with salad and sauces next time.Amazing value too and quick to cook.I think theyre lovely!! will be buying again and again.

Almost perfectThese are great falafels with a reasonable flavour and texture. I find it best to coat with some olive or avocado oil and air fry them on a lower heat. They lose a star for being quite small and for using rapeseed oil although still good that there's no palm oil. No additives and sugar unlike the available alternatives, which means you can add the flavour you want, and with only 0.3g of net carbs per falafel, great for low carb and maybe dirty keto.
