Really sicklyI bought this today for an event after a friend recommended it and I was so disappointed. The wine is so sickly it makes me wince and was completely undrinkable for the event. Really disappointed so won’t be buying any others from the range. Threw away the remainder.

An unexpected sweet hitFor the price you might say it’s a nice wine and easy to drink. I can’t disagree, not the worst I have ever tasted. However, I just find that there is that initial sweet hit which overwhelms the other tastes. Seems to be the trend with the Jam Shed wines, the Shiraz is also really sweet. It will do if all else fails.

Jam Shed=v jammyAs a Rioja fan, I found this Malbec too sweet and syrupy, but it would suit those who prefer a less intense red

Super smoothReally enjoyed this Malbec. It’s smooth fruity and easy to drink with just a touch of sweetness. Not too heavy so it’s nice on its own but also works well with food. Great value for money and one I’d definitely buy again.

Rich yet smoothTried the Jam Shed Malbec and really liked it. It’s smooth and easy to drink, with a juicy, jammy berry taste and a hint of spice. Not too dry, just rich and friendly—perfect for a casual glass or dinner with friends. I've had it with Cheddar but it will go well with a steak too, I believe.
