Regional information: The Salnes Valley is a privileged area with a feature that sets it apart from other areas in the D.O. Rías Baixas. It has a very particular microclimate. Despite the Atlantic influence, the area has considerable sun exposure and therefore the grapes ripen sooner. Planted on south and south-west facing slopes, our vineyards get optimal ventilation, producing a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol content and aromatic intensity
Vinification: Hand picked in the third week of September before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC for 20 days
