We are an artisan food producer located in the small rural village of Finea, County Westmeath in the luscious green lakelands of Ireland.
Our family run business is famous for its internationally award winning stuffing. Our stuffing is cooked by hand in small batches.

For best results oven cook. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

Remove card sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place tray on a microwaveable plate, cook for time indicated. Once cooked, remove film lid. Fork through and serve. 800W 2 1/2 mins 900W 2 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Remove card sleeve and pierce film several times. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas mark 4. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for time indicated. Once cooked, remove film lid. Fork through and serve. For a crispier eat remove film halfway through cooking. 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas mark 4 22 mins

Keep refrigerated 0°C to 4°C. Once opened consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperatures under carefully controlled conditions.
