A medium well-balanced extra virgin olive oil; Intensely herbaceous with an appealing mix of fresh and fruity aromas mixed with flavours of apple skin, some mixed greenery and a touch of citrus. The oil is extracted cold within hours of the olives being harvested so as to ensure that it retains it’s rich aroma and high nutrient value. High in monounsaturated fats and an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet. Produced exclusively from organically grown Koroneiki olives from the Chania region of northern Crete, an area which is globally acclaimed for the production of top quality olive oil and has been awarded EU PGI status.
