Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place thigh fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Chef's Tips: Cook in a dish with lemon slices, onion and bay leaves.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Pan fry from chilled, but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Once oil is hot add the thigh fillets. During cooking: Pan fry on a moderate heat for 16 minutes. Turn regularly. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. Warnings:
Don't wash raw chicken.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
