Cooking instructions: Other
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before Cooking: Pre-heat pan over a high heat. Remove packaging and place mince into the hot pan. During Cooking: Use a wooden spoon to break down mince in the pan. Pan fry over a high heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir frequently. Drain fat off halfway through. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Warnings:
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
