Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled: Before Cooking: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove all packaging. Rub steaks with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place steaks on a grill pan. During Cooking: Grill under a moderate heat for 16 minutes, turning every 4 minutes. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.

To pan fry from chilled: Before Cooking: Preheat frying pan to a high heat. Remove all packaging. Brush steaks with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place steaks in frying pan. During Cooking: Pan fry on a moderate heat for 9 - 10 mins, turning occasionally. After Cooking. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
