Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir after 3 minutes. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
