Bellini Mocktail
Ingredients: 250g by Sainsbury's frozen peach and nectarines slices,
500ml Lemonade.
Boil the peach and nectarine slices and then lower the heat.
Let the fruit simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and leave it to cool slightly.
Use a blender or food processor to puree the fruit.
Divide the mixture between 6 champagne flutes and top with the lemonade, stir if required.

Leaving fruit to defrost in packaging may cause fruit juices to leak out of the pack.
