Blueberry and Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients: 360g by Sainsbury's frozen strawberries and blueberries, 300ml semi-skimmed milk, 2 large scoops vanilla ice cream.
In a blender, whizz strawberries and blueberries, milk and ice cream. Pour into glasses and enjoy with a straw. (Serves 4)

Defrosting information Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. How to defrost Remove the strawberries and blueberries from all packaging. Place on a serving plate and leave to defrost at room temperature for approximately 2 ½ hours or in a refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, store refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Warning: Air holes have been added to the packaging. Leaving fruit to defrost in packaging may cause fruit juices to leak out of the pack.
