Cooking instructions: Other
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove sleeve. Peel back film and allow meat to reach room temperature for about 10 minutes. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Once oil is hot add the steaks. During cooking: Turn frequently. Fry for 3 minutes for rare and 5-7 minutes for medium. Remove steaks from pan, set aside and allow to rest keeping warm. Place melts in pan and allow to melt for 1 minute, do not allow to reduce excessively. After cooking: To serve, drizzle melts over steaks. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry High heat 4-8 minutes
