Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven Cook. Lamb Rogan Josh Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 500g of diced lamb. During Cooking: Pan fry for 4-5 minutes. stir regularly. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish. Stir in the jar of sauce and cover with lid. Cook for 90 minutes stirring occasionally. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This a guide only 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 4. 95 mins
