Sainsbury's Slow Cooked Shredded Lamb Shawarma 400g (serves x2)

Cooking instructions: Microwave

To microwave from chilled. Before cooking: Pierce top of the pouch several times and place onto a microwaveable dish. Heat on full power for 5 mins 800W/ 4 1/2 mins 900W then remove from the microwave and shake gently then heat for a further 5 mins 800W/ 4 1/2 mins 900W. Stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing product from the pouch. During cooking: Place sauce sachet into a mug of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Take two forks, place one fork into the meat and pull the meat apart with the other fork, creating a shredded effect. Remove the sauce sachet carefully from the mug of boiling water and drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the shredded meat. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the microwave. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Carefully cut open the pouch and place the lamb into an ovenproof dish on middle shelf of oven for 35 minutes. During cooking: Place sauce sachet into a mug of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. After cooking: Take two forks, place one fork into the meat and pull the meat apart with the other fork, creating a shredded effect. Remove the sauce sachet carefully from the mug of boiling water and shake well then drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the shredded meat. Check food is piping hot.
