This red is a rich garnet in colour and displays juicy flavours of red berries and ripe cherries. It is elegant and rounded with a warming spice note on the finish.
This imparts beautifully rich and spicy notes to the wine and makes it a wonderful partner for beef stewed with wine and Italian herbs.
This wine undergoes a unique "ripasso" process where partially dried grapes are used to make the wine, resulting in more concentrated flavours.
