Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 3-4 mins from chilled or 5 mins from frozen. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
