For a little inspiration... Great with pan-fried steak, sweet potato wedges and grilled tomatoes. For a tasty sausage dish, fry onions, mushrooms and sausages until browned. Stir in the prepared sauce and serve with mash.

Cooking instructions: Microwave

(800W)... Microwave ovens vary. This following is a guide only. Empty the sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Mix in the milk and heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until smooth and thickened. Stir well and ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving.

Best Pepper Sauce on the marketHaving tried many pepper sauces over the years, I keep coming back to this one, okay its a bit fiery, but if you don't like that Schwartz peppercorn sauce is just as good and has a milder flavour.

My tip is that it benefits from making it with a sauce whisk to stop it sticking to the pan / jug.

Wee bit too fieryI wish I had paid attention when I ordered this as it was too fiery for our tastes and we prefer the mild version. This one just overpowered everything on the plate. If you like that, then this is for you. It is a good product, just not to our taste.

A little overpoweringCooked as directed (keep stirring - my pan was a devil to clean after). Single thin cut sirloin steak an chunky chips. Sauce is THICK, and quite strong so overpowered the steak.
