Cooking instructions: Oven
Chicken in creamy mushroom sauce - Serves 4 To oven cook 4 Diced Chicken Breasts Before cooking: Preheat oven. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a pan or wok. Once oil is hot add 4 diced chicken breasts. During cooking: Pan fry for 5-6 minutes until chicken is sealed or golden brown. Stir regularly. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish, shake the jar before opening, add the contents of the jar of sauce and cover with lid. Transfer to the preheated oven. Cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliance vary. This is a guide only.
