Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cooked from chilled This product is not suitable for cooking from frozen. How to defrost: Remove the chicken portions from the packaging. Place in a dish and leave in a refrigerator overnight. Once defrosted, cook the same day. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Place defrosted chicken portions spread out on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Baste the chicken portions with the cooking juices. After cooking: Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cooked from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 35-40 mins
Warnings:
Don't wash raw chicken.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use.
Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
To avoid the danger of suffocation keep this bag away from babies and small children.
