Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from frozen, but can also be cooked on the hob. Pre-heat grill to a moderate heat. Remove required number of fish steaks from packaging, place on the grill pan and lightly brush with oil. Turn every 5 minutes. From frozen Moderate heat 20 mins 1 steak / 25 mins 2 steaks Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

To cook on the hob from frozen. Remove from packaging. Place required number of fish steaks in a frying pan with enough water/milk to cover.
