Cooking instructions: Oven cook
Preheat your oven to 210°C, Fan 190°C, Gas Mark 7. 1. Remove from box... Oven cook from frozen. Remove outer packaging and decant the contents of the pouch into a small, roasting tray. Ensure the duck is skin-side up. Set the sauce aside for later use. 2. Place in the oven... Place the tray into the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. When the time is up, carefully separate the legs and return to the oven and cook for a further 25 minutes. 3. Add sauce and bake... After those 25 minutes, carefully drain off the excess juices and pour over the sauce from the sachet. Return to the oven for the final 5 minutes of cooking. All cooking appliances vary.
