Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Set the butter and parmesan pellets to one side. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot carefully add the vegetables. During cooking: Cook for 7 minutes 30 seconds, turning frequently. Add the butter and parmesan pellets to the pan. After 30 seconds, remove the frying pan from the heat and continue to roll the vegetables through the melted butter for a further 1 minute. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry Moderate heat 9 mins
