Microwave from chilled but can also be oven cooked. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Place 1 pancake on a non-metallic plate. During cooking: Heat on full powder for 30 secs (700W), 25 secs (800W) or 20 secs (900W). After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
