Cooking instructions: Oven from Frozen
Oven cook from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray with raised edges. During cooking: Do not turn. After cooking: Check food is piping hot, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from frozen 200°C / Fan 170°C/ Gas 6 28-30 mins
