Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from frozen Before cooking: Remove all packaging, preheat 1 dessert spoon (10ml) oil in a frying pan. During cooking: Add the prawns and cook for 8 minutes on a medium heat, turning frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
