Preparation and Safety

Defrost & Eat How to defrost: Remove all packaging and place the product in a single layer. Cover and defrost in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Heat & Eat For best results heat from frozen. Remove the required number of chicken fillets from the packaging and place in a single layer. All appliances vary, the above are guidelines only for heating 225g of chicken fillets.

GoodNot used yet purchased as it had good reviews, steamed cooked and nectar price why SAinsburys want a review of an item that is frozen and in the freezer. Don’t eat straight away. Am sure that’s the idea of freezers. So can’t really review

Convenient qualityThe chicken breasts are of a decent size rather than offcuts. I don't quite know how they've managed to achieve this considering the freezing process but the breasts are beautifully tender, moist and flavourful. They make a wonderful addition to a salad just as they are but a great high protein low fat addition to quick meals too.
